With 64-bit, SigmaNEST can take advantage of more memory, which will give better performance and faster automatic nesting.
Customizing the toolbar in SigmaNEST has been one of the most frequently requested features since the launch of the ribbon toolbar. This feature gives the ability to show commonly used functions first in the list and to hide functions not used frequently.
On average with the new HD Rectangular Nesting Engine you will see a 3% increase in yield compared to the standard Rectangular nesting engine.
HD Super Nest supports the Best Sheet Options and the Continuous Nesting module. You will now receive this nesting engine with the new Powerpack Premium which will save up to 6% on material usage.
You can now automatically tool all single hits on punching much faster in X1.4 by using the Auto Single Hit feature. This can be applied to internal, external or all contours where single hits are required.
With the Multi Drop Nesting Module, SigmaNEST can nest common cut parts in columns. The toolpath is applied to process the sheet from left to right, which gives the ability to drop each column before moving to the next. This feature is commonly used on Plate Processing machines.
The new Google Translate plugin allows to view the help content of SigmaNEST in 12 different languages. The plugin is available in all the Help Centres.
